DESCRIPTION:The City of Ravenna will be having their community cleanup once again this year.  Zehnder Disposal LLC will be the company picking up the items.  Today, they will be in Ward IV.  There will be no pickup of everyday trash but will be for those things that aren’t so easy to get rid of.\nThe contents will be subject to the following restrictions:\n\nEach item must be manageable by two men.\nConstruction or demolition material will be accepted in limited quantity only.\nLoose material should be placed in sturdy container.\nNo concrete, blocks or railroad ties.\nNo Freon-bearing appliances, unless collected separately for legal and appropriate recycling. If appliances are separately collected, all scrap metal will be collected with them for recycling.\nNo tires or automotive parts.\nNo household garbage or yard waste.\nNo chemicals.\nNo paint.\nNo batteries at curbside.\n\nFor more information, please call City Hall at (330) 296-6326 or check the city’s Facebook page by clicking here.
