The Portage Development Portage Board, with offices located in downtown Ravenna, partners with businesses and individuals who choose Portage County to locate, build and grow their enterprises. The Portage Development Board (PDB) is a 501 (C)(3) private non-profit with responsibilities that include providing assistance to industrial Realtors, builders, local industries and local communities in an effort to maintain and improve the economic base in Portage County.
