The Law Director represents the City of Ravenna on all legal issues and acts as Counsel to the Mayor, Finance Director, City Council, and all City Departments and Commissions.

The Law Director also provides legal advice in a variety of City-related functions, which may include labor negotiations, civil service matters, legislative functions, and dispute resolutions.
